Frederick, MD – Orases, a leading custom software development firm based in Frederick, announces two strategic new hires to strengthen its development teams as the company continues to expand its team and service offerings.
These new hires reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing exceptional talent and fostering internal growth:
Aaron Diefes joins Orases as a Junior Business Analyst. Aaron graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Evolutionary Anthropology. His experience includes working with a student developer team to create a full-stack web application for improving student mail package pickup efficiency. Aaron also worked with Intel’s International Government Affairs team, researching critical mineral supply chains to strengthen semiconductor manufacturing initiatives.
Kris Williams comes aboard as a Junior Software Developer. Kris brings diverse experience as a 6-year Army veteran who served in Afghanistan from 2008-2009, followed by 10 years in the casino industry, where he handled various responsibilities from marketing to management. He is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree at UMBC, bringing a unique blend of real-world leadership experience and technical education to the Orases team.
