With this promotion, Polyanov joins Nick Damoulakis, CEO and Amy Damoulakis, CFO on the Executive Leadership Team.
Polyanov brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to the role, having been with Orases for over 20 years and having previously served as VP of Production & Technology. He will be responsible for driving the company’s technology vision and strategy, overseeing the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the highest quality of technical delivery for Orases clients.

CEO Nick Damoulakis praised Polyanov’s passion for the work at Orases and stated that the new role better utilizes his expertise, and reflects the trust he has earned over the years. Polyanov joined Orases in 2003 as an intern from Hood College, and has since held various positions on senior development projects and software development. He was instrumental in the launch of products for some of Orases’ largest clients, including the NFL, National Park Foundation, Quinlan & Fabish Music Company, American Kidney Fund, and Thompson Gas.
