Custom web portal for scalable, secure device management
Orases developed a strong, trusted relationship with Allpoint Wireless, becoming an extension of their team and providing responsive support. As part of an ongoing effort to help them achieve more success, our team built a custom web portal that is secure, reliable, and scalable, enabling the management of a fleet of thousands of wireless devices connecting to multiple wireless providers.
The main solution is a web portal called Allpoint Command with the scalability to handle hundreds of thousands of devices. The portal includes features such as device geolocation, usage monitoring, notifications, and a commissions program, which launched in the summer of 2024. This program allows non-sales people to resell Allpoint Wireless’s products and services, enabling them to expand their reach through resellers.
Additionally, Orases created an architecture to manage a high volume of device check-ins to monitor statuses, ensure seamless operation, and provide the ability to update configurations. We also provided a system to manage individual client accounts, track bandwidth usage, and coordinate invoicing and payments.
